Tips for the broccoli stir-fry recipe
- If you like your broccoli more tender, you can blanch the broccoli florets in boiling water for 4 minutes, then drain before using as advised in the recipe.
- We do not recommend using powdered garlic for this recipe. make sure to use fresh minced garlic, it adds way more flavor to this broccoli recipe.
- Frozen broccoli is also not recommended as it would be mushy and watery in this stir fry recipe.
