One-pot pasta is a go-to move around these parts. The nights where a dump dinner is made possible is through my good friend, confidente, the one who never judges and helps me process big feelings…pasta. These are some of the best one-pot pasta recipes.
What you need for one-pot pasta success
Pasta. obvi.
In some of these recipes, the pasta part is interchangeable. Spaghetti or penne works fine. But for some, there’s nothing like the pasta that it calls for (like a good fettuccini for a nice one pot alfredo!)
