- Turn this simple side dish into a masterpiece by adding marshmallows and broiling for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Want to keep it savory? Skip the brown sugar and cinnamon and replace with 1 tsp garlic powder and 1 tsp dried parsley.

Ingredients
- 3 14.5oz cans Libby's® Sliced Carrots, drained
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions
Drain the sliced carrots and set aside.
In a large skillet combine the butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt over medium heat. Stir until mixture is combined and slightly bubbling. Add in the carrots and stir to coat, cooking an additional 2 to 3 minutes.
Serve warm and enjoy!
