How to make a small cheesy potato casserole

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 C).

Dice the onion.

Spray two 18.6 oz oven safe baking dishes with non-stick spray and set aside. Click for 18.6 oz oven safe baking dishes.

In a large bowl, combine the thawed hash browns with 3 tablespoons of melted butter, pepper, salt, and chopped onion, blending well.

Add in the soup and sour cream, then the cheddar cheese, mixing everything well.
