OMG! I picked up a pre-made pouch of shrimp scampi and pasta. Cooked it in the oven last night. There was way too much for one person, BUT it was sooooo fabulous I ate the entire thing!! It had the perfect amount of garlic and butter. The shrimp were tender and juicy. Winner winner!!! I just ordered some of the bags so that I can make my own.
