What goes well with bread besides soup? Butter, of course! If I could only pick two things to eat and get all my nutrients from them, it would be bread and butter.

Place fun finger foods on the table for the guests to snack on. They would also work as appetizers.

  1. cheese
  2. grapes
  3. carrots
  4. pickles
  5. olives
  6. crackers
  7. chips
  8. popcorn

6. End the Meal With Delicious Desserts

Perhaps this tip should be tip number one, but here it is, last but not least.

Ask the guests to bring their favorite soup to the party, homemade or straight from the store. You should have a sign-up sheet, so you don’t end up with several pots of the same kind of soup.
