Absolutely the best summer roll dipping sauce I have ever made and closest to our fav restaurant’s one we love. So simple. I used the microwave and smooth jif peanut butter. Yum. I am going to plan meals around this sauce we love it so much.

Do I have to cook it on the stove? Can I eat this cold?

It’s best cooked on the stove on low heat or even just in the microwave in short bursts. That way as you add the water, you can get it to the consistency you want. Once made, you can store in the fridge and have it cold. 🙂
