Supper Club Menu Ideas (2024)

I am excited to share some of my favorite Supper Club menu ideas from over the years!

I originally published this post back in 2021 and since then we’ve had 3 more years of monthly supper club menus so I thought it deserved an update!

Our Supper Club has been meeting since 2015 and we all really love good food, so it was hard to pick just a few to share, but here are some of my personal favorite Supper Club Menu ideas…

Supper Club Menu Ideas

Roll-Your-Own Sushi

Out of all the years I’ve hosted, this was my favorite Supper Club menu idea I’ve pulled off as a hostess! This theme requires a little more prep work than others but it was totally worth it for the fun and interactive dinner experience.

Takeout Sushi Dinner

If rolling your own sushi seems like a lot, takeout is a much easier option and is sure to be a big hit! This worked especially well since we played mahjong while eating.

Girl Dinner

Emily threw us the most fun and delicious “Girl Dinner.”

If you’re unfamiliar with #girldinner, it’s a viral TikTok trend where dinner is literally a ginormous snack plate.

The snack-style dinner is designed to be a hodgepodge of delicious foods that don’t require a lot of prep or cooking — think cheese and crackers, bowls of cereal, pickles, pretzels, spreads, nuts, or any other food that brings you joy and zero stress to pull together.

And because she is literally the cutest ever, on our way out she surprised us with little “Girl Dinner” favors…a snack cup to-go filled with fruity cereal and popcorn.

Laura created the most gorgeous and delicious cheese and charcuterie spread for her 2017 supper club.

Build-Your-Own Baked Potato Bar

I love a good assembly line dinner party so in 2016 I created a baked potato bar! Everyone LOVED it and had such a great time creating delicious potatoes. There were so many toppings to choose from — steamed broccoli, goat cheese, diced tomatoes, black beans, guacamole, salsa, pesto, bacon, cheddar cheese, sour cream, green onion and butter!

Fancy Pizza Night

One year Lisa made a huge salad and 3 different kinds of homemade pizza – cheese, roasted veggie and caramelized onion & prosciutto! Everyone tried each one and agreed that the Caramelized Onion Prosciutto Pizza was award-winning and immediately needed the recipe. I have since made this pizza SO MANY TIMES. It is seriously the BEST pizza.

Low Country Boil

If I were to give a “most creative supper club member” award, it would go to Abby. Year after year she comes up with fun and unique themes that are always SO fun. In 2018, she selected a summer month to host and served up an amazing low country boil!

Build-Your-Own Salad

In 2016, Cristina created a build-your-own salad bar with 24 toppings!!!!! It was unreal. And if that wasn’t impressive enough, Cristina provided cute to-go containers for each girl to take a salad home too!

Six years later, I borrowed her theme and hosted another one! It was a big hit.

Abby hosted us for cheese and chocolate fondue on a snowy night in 2020! The cheese fondue was truly unreal — served with tons of delicious items perfect for smothering in cheese.

Her spread was unbelievable and we all devoured dinner and dessert.

Build-Your-Own Poke Bowl

In 2019, Laura created a build your own poke bowl bar! It was a huge hit. She offered two types of rice — regular sticky rice and cauliflower rice, two proteins — raw tuna and korean beef, lots of fun toppings — carrots, green onion, mango, avocado, cucumber, edamame, ginger, sesame seeds, and some sauces! And mochi ice cream for dessert!
