Do you get tired of eating eggs for breakfast every morning? They’re really healthy, especially when scrambled up in some good ol’ butter or coconut oil (thank you, Big Fat Surprise!), but they can get monotonous. Never fear, because I’ve got 5 new ways for you to eat your eggs, and each idea requires only a few pizzazz ingredients, all of which can be found at Walmart. What could be easier?

(Please note that the extra 5 ingredients does not include the eggs, coconut oil/butter, salt, and pepper. All of these recipes are done with scrambled eggs.)

Pizza: coconut oil, eggs, salt, pepper, garlic in some form (I like the crushed garlic in the jar from Trader Joe’s), oregano, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni (You could alsoadd tomato sauce and/or veggies like onions, peppers, mushrooms, and olives if you’re ambitious. I was not.)

Stir the garlic and oregano into the eggs while you’re scrambling them. Top with mozzarella and pepperoni slices.

This is perhaps my favorite. I know it sounds weird, but it works. Trust me.

Cinnamon Roll: eggs, salt, pepper, vanilla, unsweetened almond milk, Truvia, cinnamon, butter (optional additions: whipped cream and chopped85% dark chocolate)

Scramble the eggs with a dash of vanilla and a little unsweetened almond milk. Top with a sprinkle of Truvia or other sweetener of choice and some cinnamon. Melt a pat of butter on the top. If you want to go super-indulgent, add a little whipped cream and chopped 85% dark chocolate on top.
