Simple, bunny-approved recipes to share with everyone!
Easter Sunday falls on March 31st this year, and it’s never too early (or late!) to start planning your menu. We rounded up our best Easter dinner ideas to help you along the way, including our greatest glazed hams and roast lambs, spring veggie side dishes and plenty of filling, buttery starches (it is a holiday, after all).
Not sure where to start? Consider your main dish. Ham is a classic, and we included tons of variations if you feel like switching it up this year: pineapple-adorned, apricot-glazed, root beer-steamed, you name it. Or skip the ham and try an alternate protein like juicy pork chops, easy roast lamb or a perfect spring chicken. No matter your main, be sure to pair it with a tray of fresh Hot Cross Buns, preferably glazed.
Whether you’re serving Easter brunch or dinner, egg recipes are fair game all day. Serve them as deviled eggs, baked into bread or in quiche form. We also included vegetarian Easter recipes for those skipping meat, like a fresh herb frittata, cheesy flatbread, spring tarts and more.
Kick off the festivities with a spread of Easter appetizers — but don’t fill up on them — because there’s a spectacular Easter dinner (and Easter desserts plus other Easter treats) on the way. Got extra ham at the end of the party? We can help you there, too: Check out our best ideas for leftover ham so you can enjoy the feast long after it’s over.
