What is the password for Compass Associate? ›

Once you have completed your account setup, you can login to CAP or ESS immediately. Your username for CAP and ESS is your personnel number and the password will be what you create during setup.

Visit the ESS password reset website: https://www.essmembers.com:9443/passwordreset and follow the simple instructions. A new password will be emailed to you within minutes. IMPORTANT: You must be on the Fluor network (physically in the office or connected using Ivanti/Pulse Secure) to change your SAP / ESS password.

Reset Password

Enter your email address and instructions to reset your password will be emailed to you. If you no longer have access to your email, please call Compass Customer Service at 1-888-207-4055.

Once you are on the log in page, enter your e-mail addresss in the e-mail field and click "Forgot Password". You will receive the following message: If an account matches the email address you entered, then you will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

If you've forgotten your password or memorable word, you can reset this by using the 'forgotten password or memorable word' link on the login page. Follow the instructions on this screen and you'll be sent an email to reset your log in details.

On the ESS user can reset their password via email page: ▶ Enter your Employee ID Number in the EMPLID field (You can find your Employee ID Number on your Payslip). ▶ Enter your Email Address in the Email Address field. ▶ Click the button.
